The Melco Beyond Membership Offer (the “Offer”) is an exclusive special offer provided by iRad Hospital to all Melco Beyond members.
This Offer is applicable to the designated services and treatments provided by iRad Hospital at its venue on Podium 2/F, Studio City, Macau.
Unless otherwise specified, this Offer applies only to regular-priced items. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers, and cannot be exchanged for cash, coupon or merchandise.
To enjoy this Offer, eligible members shall make appointments at least one day in advance with mentioning of using this Offer. Upon arrival at iRad Hospital, shall present a valid Melco Beyond digital membership card.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show. iRad Hospital reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at its discretion.
iRad Hospital has the right to share the Melco Beyond membership details provided by any eligible customer claiming the Offer to the Melco Group to verify their eligibility.
Only cash, credit card or e-payment is acceptable; other forms of payments are not accepted under the Offer.
The results and outcomes of any medical aesthetic treatment or service may vary from person to person. iRad Hospital does not guarantee specific results or effectiveness of the treatments or services received under the Offer.
This Offer is valid until further notice.
iRad Hospital reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to the use, suspension, modification, cancellation and termination)of this Offer at any time without prior notice.
In the event of any discrepancies or disputes regarding this Offer or its application, iRad Hospital reserves the right to make the final decision, which shall be binding and conclusive.
In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
