The story of Bacha Coffee begins at the medina of Marrakech, Morocco, where it was founded in 1910 as part of the Dar el Bacha. Bacha Coffee curates over 200 varieties of 100 percent Arabica coffees from 35 countries worldwide, and their distinctive terroir and individual flavour profiles inspired Gala’s culinary team.
Gala’s chef incorporated five of the most beloved and evocative profiles, inspired by Marocchissimo, Mount Kenya, Sweet Mexico, I Love Paris, and 1910 Coffee into a selection of masterful creations.
